Jonathan Jessica Yaniv Simpson only has one source of income, the BC Government – he claims disability. I don’t think anyone would argue against his intellectual disability. He is clearly short bus SPED material. The invention of AI is his only ‘gift.’
Despite his small disability payment including a supplement that is suppose to be used to pay for his housing, we know Fat Jon has no employment opportunities and is not paying his mortgage. How he plans to pay for any future loan/mortgage he has to obtain to pay off the balance of his Condo debts to AW are a mystery.

Filling court orders to get $200 back from the Strata – if it was ever actually paid as a fine in the first place – is not going to get Fat Jon outta the hole he is in. Also didn’t he owe the Strata for unpaid fees? Didn’t he owe property taxes that are unpaid? Didn’t the Strata levy a special payment of nearly $5000 for repairs to every unit in the building, and Fat Jon didn’t pay? Trying to sue the strata for money – again – isn’t going to work, even the CRT says nope.
Jon hiring collection agencies to collect on fake invoices that he sends out using the Langley UPS Post Office for his fraud, isn’t going to cut it.
Fat Jon still has to pay the fines he owes in the CSO. Which is about $5,000!
These filings are just his usual MO of harassment and a small attempt to feel power. It’s feeble, it’s phantom limp dick energy.
